Currently we are looking for new bright and enthusiastic colleagues who would like to step in the shoes of Technical Recruitment Advisors and become part of our team and new projects. In the role you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle having the needed autonomy and rights as well as direct contact with partners and hiring managers. In addition, you will work with great professionals who would share with you the company’s know-how and key success practices in order to boost your performance as from the beginning.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience as Recruiter;
  • Experience in writing job ads, interview summaries, LinkedIn messages and posts in English;
  • Familiarity with best practices in interviewing and communication with candidates and partners;
  • Excellent analytical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills;
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proactive, creative and positive approach towards challenges;
  • Fluent English.

Advantages
