As an HR Specialist, you will partner with the departments' leaders to understand business drivers and the current and long-term strategy and identify the opportunities to add value to the business. You will take on a leading role in the process of building employer branding and positioning Excitel Technology as an employer.
The focus of your role will be to support colleagues with administration processes and participate in intake conversations with members and other internal employees. You will prepare contracts and assure that the employee’s payroll is performed following the requirements of the Bulgarian legislation. You will lead the process of job evaluations and you will have a key role in the hiring process. In addition, you will organize events, employee training, parties, and other activities.

Requirements
- Advanced knowledge in spreadsheet software and Presentation software (any of Google Drive Documents, MS Office, OpenOffice, Libre Office);
- Significant experience with Recruitment, Training & Development;
- Ability to work well with a variety of personalities and is able to work independently and as part of a team;
- Fluent in English;
