As a Network Support Specialist, your duties will be connected with performing basic network installation and refresh activities. You will configure network equipment and servers, provide solutions to customers' issues related to the functioning of their network equipment. The team will rely on you to identify and track issues, risks, and action items. Your daily job will consist of communicating with customers about issues with the company's systems and resolve their them according to SLAs.
Requirements
- Experience in networking and excellent knowledge of protocols such as TCP/IP, UDP, GDP etc.
- Knowledge of Linux console commands and utilities;
- Analytical and problem-solving skills as well as customer service focus;
- Proficient level of written and spoken English;
